1.CALL TO ORDER
Chair Kamei called the Environmental Planning Commision Meeting (EPC)
to order at 7:00 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL
Commissioiners Present: EPC Members Cox, Heaton, Matichak, Hehmeyer,
Scarboro, Vice Chair Capriles, Chair Kamei
Commissioners Absent: None.
3. NEW BUSINESS
ELECTION OF CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR
Motion - M/S Cox / Scarboro - Carried 7-0 - Elect Vice-Chair Capriles as Chair of
the Environmental Planning Commission for 2016.
Motion - M/S Matichak/ Capriles - Carried 7-0 - Elect Commissioner Scarboro as
Vice Chair of the Environmental Planning Commission for 2016.
4. MINUTES APPROVAL
Approve the Minutes for December 16, 2016
Motion - M/S Cox / Kamei - Carried 6-0 (Member Capriles absent) - approve the minutes
for December 16, 2015.
5. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC - None.
