CALL TO ORDER 2. ROLL CALL Commissioners Baird, Capriles, Cox, Kamei, Ramirez, Vice Chair Hehmeyer, and Chair Scarboro 3. MINUTES APPROVAL APPROVAL OF MINUTES. Recommendation:That the Environmental Planning Commission (EPC) approve the minutes for: Item 3.1 - March 1, 2017 Item 3.2 - March 15, 2017 Copies of the minutes for the above-noted meetings have been delivered to Commissioners and copies are available at City Hall. If there are no corrections or additions, a motion is in order to approve these minutes. Minutes for March 1, 2017 Minutes for March 15, 2017 Attachments: 4. ORAL COMMUNICATIONS FROM THE PUBLIC This portion of the meeting is reserved for persons wishing to address the Commission on any matter not on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes. State law prohibits the Commission from acting on non-agenda items. 5. NEW BUSINESS 5.1 ANNUAL HOUSING ELEMENT PROGRESS REPORT (2015-2023 HOUSING ELEMENT). Annual Review of the Housing Element Progress Report. Recommendation:The EPC will hear a presentation and provide comments. No formal action will be taken by the EPC on this item. Annual Review of the General Plan Action Plan. Recommendation:The EPC will hear a presentation and provide recommendations on the deletion, modification, or addition of action items to help implement the General Plan. EPC input on City Council Major Goals (FY 2017-2019) Recommendation:The EPC will hear a presentation and provide input on potential specific projects that fulfill the priority theme-based goals over the next two fiscal years. ADJOURNMENT Adjourn to the Regular Meeting of Wednesday, April 19, 2017, in City Hall, 500 Castro Street. Meeting date, time, and venue are subject to change.
