Shoreline Blvd. - Mar. 18, 2020 PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE ENVIRONMENTAL PLANNING COMMISSION NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Mountain View Environmental Planning Commission will hold a publ hearing on in the Council Chambers, Second Floor, Mountain View Civic Wednesday, March 18, 2020, at 7:00 P.M., Center, 500 Castro Street, at which time all interested parties egarding the following project: PROPOSED PROJECT LOCATION: 1001 North Shoreline Boulevard Janice Yuen for Sares Regis Group of Northern APPLICANT: California LLC APPLICATION NO: PL-2017-183 & PL-2017-184 HEARING DATE: March 18, 2020 Request for a General Plan Map Amendment from General Industrial Center and related General Plan Text Amendment; a Zoning Map Ame ML (Limited Industrial) and MM (General Industrial) districts to Community) District; Planned Community Permit and Development Re to construct a 7-story, 203 apartment building with 2 levels of podium parking, a- story, 100 condominium-unit residential building with 2 levels of podium parking, and a 131,720 square foot 6-level office parking structure, Heritage Tree Removal Permit to remove 23 Heritage trees, and Vesting Tentative Map for condominium purposes on a 7.81-acre project site; and the project has prepared an Environmental Impact Report in accordance with the CEQA Guidelines.
